The state-of-the-art, VoIP Logger builds on proven NiceLog® technology used worldwide in contact centers, trading floors, and air traffic control centers, and provides a complete, reliable and robust solution to audio storage in VoIP telephony environments. The VoIP Logger provides a future-proof, IP-recording platform with a wide range of scaleable recording solutions which supports all the
leading telephony vendors.

The VoIP Logger serves as the system voice capture and logging unit. Systems using multiple VoIP Loggers are inherently supported. NICE VoIP is fully integrated with the NICE product portfolio, making all NICE applications available for use over VoIP. NICE VoIP Loggers can serve alongside other logger types in a mixed VoIP/non-VoIP environment with the same familiar application software;
users are unaware of the voice capture method being used.

NICE VoIP Logger uses packet sniffing for recording VoIP sessions, a method protected by granted US patent 6122665, Australian patent 775173, South Africa patent 2001-1522 and allowed a patent from the European office, 999466519 assigned to NICE.
